In der Enzymologie ist eine 13-Hydroxylupinin-O-Tigloyltransferase ( EC 2.3.1.93 ) ein Enzym, das die chemische Reaktion katalysiert
- (E) -2-Methylcrotonoyl-CoA + 13-Hydroxylupinin- CoA + 13- (2-Methylcrotonoyl) oxylupinin
So sind die beiden Substrate sind dieses Enzyms (E) -2-methylcrotonoyl-CoA und 13-hydroxylupinine, während seine beiden Produkte sind CoA und 13- (2-methylcrotonoyl) oxylupinine.
Dieses Enzym gehört zur Familie der Transferasen, insbesondere der Acyltransferasen, die andere Gruppen als Aminoacylgruppen übertragen. Der systematische Name dieser Enzymklasse lautet (E) -2-Methylcrotonoyl-CoA: 13-Hydroxylupinin-O-2-methylcrotonoyltransferase. Andere gebräuchliche Namen umfassen Tigloyl-CoA: 13-Hydroxylupanin-O-Tigloyltransferase und 13-Hydroxylupanin-Acyltransferase.
